Lead field execution of all civil, structural and architectural scopes on a large greenfield industrial facility, from site preparation through foundations, structural steel and building enclosure.
What you'll do
- Plan, sequence and supervise site clearing, grading, drainage, roads, underground utilities, piling, foundations, concrete, structural steel and pre-engineered buildings
- Coordinate daily with mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation leads to keep work fronts open
- Manage CSA subcontractors for safety, quality, schedule and productivity
- Lead site safety: toolbox talks, JHAs, excavation and trenching, lifting and rigging, permit-to-work
- Verify work against IFC drawings; resolve field issues through RFIs
- Oversee QC for compaction, rebar and embeds, concrete testing and steel alignment
- Maintain look-ahead schedules, daily reports and as-built markups
What you need
- 10+ years of construction experience, including 5+ years as a CSA or civil superintendent on industrial projects
- Hands-on earthwork, deep and shallow foundations, heavy concrete, structural steel and PEB experience
- Strong drawing and specification interpretation
- OSHA 30 certification
- Primavera P6 or MS Project

- Large-capital industrial or process plant projects
- Civil engineering or construction management degree
- SWPPP and Texas environmental permitting
- East Texas soil and weather conditions
